The morning came way to early today. I know I just spent the
last two weeks waking up close to 7 everyday but in BA it just seems so
unnatural, as the city is headed towards bed at that time. There were
definitely a group of people coming back into the hostel as Kitty and I checkout
out.
A 3 hour ferry and 4 hour bus ride and we had arrived at
Punta Del Este, the number one destination in Uruguay. The city is very
touristic and one of the most expensive places I have been but the beaches are
fantastic and the I have never seen as many beautiful people.
After dinner at McDonalds (the cheapest food option where a
burger still costs $10) we hung out at the hostel with everyone for many hours
until it was time to go out. At about 2:30 or 3 a reggae band showed up and put
on a concert for an hour at the hostel and then come about 4:30 we all left to
go to the Puerto where all the good clubs are.
