Day Fifty Nine

Erin slept in until 3:00 which gave me all afternoon to do a few things I wanted to do. I hit the gym, and did a few other boring things but it was a nice start to the day. When she woke up we met up and headed to Palermo Lakes Park, my favorite Saturday spot. My teacher doubles as a Mexican caterer and she had told my class that was working at the mexican festival taking place there on Saturday. So we swung by and said hi and tried some mexican food. It was ok, but the booth across from them had some fantastic steak tacos going on so I ended up eating twice... whoopsies.

Headed back from the park after a few hours and cleaned up to get ready for Saturday night. Met up with Zack and for lack of something better we headed to our bar, Sugar Bar, which has been mentioned repeatedly in these pages I'm sure. We just hung out and socialized with each other and those around us. The three of us had a great time talking about everything imaginable and next thing we knew, it was very late.

We hopped into a cab to Erin's hostel to drop her off. On the way home from dropping her off I saw a beautiful sunrise on the Obelisk but was to mad at myself for talking so long/staying out so late, and making this the third night this week that I fell asleep after daylight. Great week, lots of fun memories, but I miss sleeping!
