Not much to report today. Was feeling really warn down so took it easy. Had my second private instruction in Tango today though which went really well. Pic of the day is the Palace of Running Waters. Built between 1887-1894 it was built to hide the city's first water tower. Its located about 6 blocks from my house and I pass it on the way to school and tango. Apparently its also the highest point in the city:
Check the biker to get a sense of the scale of this building which continues down the entire block. The facade is made up of 170,000 tiles and 130,000 bricks and could hold 72 million liters of water. It is now a museum so sometime soon I plan on returning and touring around it for awhile.
